Rodeo Athletes, Inc. (“RAI”) knows that you care how your information is used and shared, and we appreciate your trust that we will do so carefully and sensibly.

What is covered by this Privacy Policy:

This RAI Privacy Policy describes how we collect and use information that customers provide to us in connection with the creation or administration of RAI accounts, which we refer to as “Account Information”. For example, Account Information includes names, usernames, phone numbers, email addresses and billing information associated with a customer’s RAI account.
This RAI Privacy Policy applies to customers’ Account Information and does not apply to the content that customers store on our system, including any personal information of their end users. RAI will not disclose, move, access or use customer content except as provided in the customer’s agreement with RAI. How RAI uses Account Information:

RAI is a subsidiary of Rodeo Athletes, Inc. or its affiliates (“Rodeoathletes.com”). As a subsidiary of Rodeoathletes.com, RAI follows the same information practices as Rodeoathletes.com, and Account Information we collect is subject to the Rodeoathletes.com Privacy Notice . By visiting the RAI site, you are accepting the practices described in the Rodeoathletes.com Privacy Notice . Please note that, if you have an account on www.Rodeoathletes.com  and an Rodeoathletes.com cookie, Account Information gathered by RAI, may be correlated with any personally identifiable information that Rodeoathletes.com has and used by RAI and Rodeoathletes.com to improve the services we offer.

In compliance with the US-EU and US-Swiss Safe Harbor Principles, we endeavor to resolve all complaints about privacy and the collection or use of customer information. Under the Safe Harbor program, any unresolved privacy complaints can be referred to an independent dispute resolution mechanism.
